The Challenge

CopperPoint, a growing commercial insurance provider, was ready to modernize its digital presence. After regional expansion and a rebrand, the company needed a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly website that could support brokers, policyholders, and internal teams—built entirely inside HubSpot.

Copperpoint’s challenges included:

  • Static Designs Lacked Functionality
CopperPoint had polished Figma designs, but needed a dynamic, scalable system in HubSpot that could support complex tools

  • Non-scalable System
The existing digital platform wasn’t equipped to handle evolving needs such as supporting multiple brands, complex logic, and internal content

  • Lack of Strategic Build Partner Needed someone to quickly translate designs into a modular, living system that could grow with the business and be managed by internal teams.

The Turning Point

CopperPoint partnered with Vonazon to do more than “build the site.” We engineered a modular, data-powered system tailored to HubSpot’s capabilities—translating static designs into a living, flexible site that the internal team could manage independently.

01

From Design to Dynamic System

CopperPoint’s static Figma mockups were reverse-engineered into a fully custom, modular HubSpot theme—built for flexibility, reusability, and long-term scalability.

02

Engineered for Flexibility

Each module was designed with editor controls and documented for internal use, enabling CopperPoint's team to manage and update content without relying on developers.

03

One Codebase, Multiple Brands

Conditional logic enabled seamless support for sub-brands like Alaska National—allowing visual and navigational variations within a unified, maintainable system.

The Build

With the framework mapped and the gaps in logic identified, the focus shifted to building a system that would support CopperPoint’s marketing goals today and continue scaling across business lines, regions, and internal teams in the future.

Dynamic Tools:

HubDB-powered interactive features like the Coverage Map, Appetite Guide, and Claims Kit.

Conditional Branding:

Support for sub-brands like Alaska National using template-level logic.

Editor-Friendly Modules:

All modules built for flexibility with internal documentation and drag-and-drop editing.

Performance-Ready:

Responsive, scalable components with consistent UI/UX enhancements.

THE RESULT

A centralized content system that’s easier to manage, faster to update, and built for growth.

The Partnership

Vonazon acted as both strategic lead and implementation partner—bridging the gap between design intent, compliance requirements, and scalable CMS architecture. Weekly meetings, QA workflows, and custom training sessions ensured CopperPoint’s internal team could take full ownership post-launch.

We aligned quickly to evolving needs, introducing new modules and functionality mid-build without derailing timelines or site integrity.

What’s Next

With the new site launched on time and live across CopperPoint’s full brand ecosystem, the focus now shifts to performance—optimizing user engagement, internal workflows, and long-term scalability. Despite mid-build changes, every milestone was met, resulting in a flexible, future-ready system fully managed by the CopperPoint team.

Vonazon continues to provide strategic support post-launch, including SEO guidance and system maintenance to ensure ongoing visibility and performance. With a solid foundation in place, CopperPoint is now positioned for the next phase: data-driven optimization, growth, and continuous evolution.
