CEO & President
Passionate about sales, marketing, technology, executive leadership, and all things entrepreneurship. As with most CEOs, Kevin burns the midnight oil and is hungry for growth—but it doesn’t stop there. He’s not only concerned with Vonazon’s business development, but is truly committed to assisting as many companies as possible improve their profitability, digital impact, and corporate growth. Find him surfing, woodworking, and exploring Ventura with his drone.

Human Resources Manager & A/R
Vonazon’s main Account Executive, Tony’s main responsibilities include engaging with prospects to create new sales opportunities, managing leads through our sales process, and supporting both new & existing customers with proposal development. Other than being part of the marketing & sales team at Vonazon, Tony loves spending time with his friends and family, going to shows, and playing soccer.
With a background in project leadership, Justine focuses on collaborating with our team to streamline and manage client projects creatively and on time. In her free time, you can catch her on the beach with her family and golden retriever Arthur, or re-watching Friends.
When not at Vonazon, Kari can be found drawing at local coffee shops, baking at home or traveling abroad. She loves spending time with her husband and son and has become a recent home DIYer. She is an avid music fan and loves to facilitate self-care activities in her women’s empowerment group. As a Big Bear Lake native, she enjoyed trips to the mountains, off-roading and exploring the wilderness.
Senior Marketing Strategist
Patti loves solving a puzzle, whether it be a digital marketing strategy or a digital game. She’s developed a deep understanding of marketing tools and practices in a variety of rolls across several industries. She loves being a mom, spending time with family and friends and snuggling her small dog. Other pastimes include soaking up sunshine, creative writing and learning to play the banjo.
John has over 25 years of digital marketing experience having worked in multiple industries with a particular focus on FinTech. As a senior strategist, he will dedicate himself to not only reaching your marketing goals but exceeding them. He is also a Sales professional. He has managed large sales teams, selling everything from online marketing services to mortgage lending to insurance. In his spare time, he is an amateur photographer and videographer and enjoys spending time with his family.
Serving as the marketing strategist’s right hand, Haley’s goal is to ensure all marketing projects are supported and activities are streamlined. She also acts as the intermediary between creative and implementation teams through collaborative efforts and ensures all teams have the proper resources to fulfill a project. During her free time, you will find her in the gym, having fun in the sun, or what she likes to say, “Simply just living life to its fullest!”

Miles is a marketing implementation specialist with over 5 years’ experience in the field. A former bartender, Miles enjoys mixing it up on the weekends, always traveling to new places and seeing the world as much as possible.
Project Management Team Intern
As a freshly graduated college student, Makenna is interning at Vonazon under the Project Management team and learning every day from all scopes of work. Out of the office, this Ventura local loves taking in the views of her hometown, exploring new beaches, soaking up the sun with her friends, and always appreciates time to relax with her loved ones.
Sophia is passionate about all aspects of brand strategy and media production! With a creative background in screenwriting and producing, she has a unique vision that allows her to bring your brand to life through creative narration. From pre-production to post-production, Sophia is your one-stop-shop for creative brand development and video content. When she’s not creating new visions for brands, she’s writing screenplays and performing original music with her band.

As a Graphic and Web Designer at Vonazon, Julia collaborates with the team to develop creative solutions that further client’s visual brand, as well as assisting with their marketing goals. When not in the office, you can find her either with her dog Jag, spending time with family and friends, or planning her next travel adventure.

Fueled by my passion Of Sales & Marketing, my main objective as a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist at Vonazon is to ensure that our partners are fully educated & well versed in everything pertaining to HubSpot. I take great pride in this role as it allows me to support my clients in this exciting process. I dedicate my time to exercising; hiking with my dog Thor, and spending time with family.

Leah is a plant-loving, coffee-drinking creative passionate about page layout design and user experience. She loves creating unique designs that enhance brand awareness and cohesion.
In her spare time, Leah loves reading, gardening, interior design, thrifting, spending time at Reality Ventura, and playing with her favorite boy and cuddle monster, Carmel. Both of them can often be spotted at Cemetery Park or Singing Sun in Ventura.
My name is Carmel Theodore Kopp, and my mom is one of Vonazon’s graphic designers. You can call me smoosh, Carmie, Carm Carm, Carmelo or whatever pops into your head at the time.
I’m a lap dog but I also like to cruise around the office offering puppy licks and snoopin’ round for any snacks. I’m a fantabulous greeter and I’m pretty good at fetch. Mom says I’m a crazy boy, but I think I’m just the best at having fun!

Stephen creates online assets such as emails, landing pages, and the automation behind them to ensure they’re delivered when, and to whom, it is required. Problem solving is not only required for the job, but also a personal passion. When not at work, he’s either working on personal web projects, tinkering with his 3D printer, or spending time with friends and family.
Media Group Manager
Turning your video dreams into a reality is Larry’s primary goal as Media Group Manger. With his team, he works to develop compelling stories in the most stunning and captivating way possible. Larry is also Vonazon’s resident techie, resolving any technical issues employees might have. When he’s not out filming, helping with animation, or repairing a system, he’s training after hours to perfect and advance his skills.

Rebecca is here to help brew the best strategies for our clients. She brings international networking and travel experience to the table for a global edge to marketing. With a background in art, Rebecca also has a creative perspective to drive innovative solutions. In her downtime, she like to curl up with a new book, the tallest iced Americano she can find, and her cat Oliver.

Meryl loves all things content. With a background in non-profit communications, she knows how to move people to action with her writing. Meryl enjoys creating blogs, articles, email campaigns, and any other copy that helps clients meet their goals. Outside the office, you can find Meryl hiking, baking, or trying not to kill her beloved house plants.
Marketing Content Coordinator
Zach has a strong passion for all things marketing and content creation. As an entrepreneur for over a decade, he learned how to build multiple businesses by creating content, fine-tuning his marketing skills, and building a company image that people can identify with. He now strives to bring his knowledge and expertise to all clients of Vonazon to help them reach their business goals. Zach spends his spare time at car shows with his heavily modified Corvette, taking part in multiple broadcasted semi-professional online racing NASCAR leagues, and hanging out with his fiancée and their two corgi mix rescue dogs.

Taylor has a strong passion for writing. Both creatively in his life and professionally in his career. With a background in business administration and management, he can merge his talent for convincing people with his words into a strength for Vonazon’s clients. His responsibilities are to take the client’s content and then write ads, articles, blogs, emails, and other copy-related work suited to their needs. When he isn’t in the office, he enjoys watching films, curling up with a good book, writing short stories in his spare time, and pursuing new adventures.

Brian passionately believes in the magic of words, the power of creativity, and the miracle of the collaborative process. As a content strategist for Vonazon, he is here to create content-driven initiatives that move customers through the buyer’s journey and that increase brand awareness for clients.
Felix Piñeiro is two-time DCASE Grant recipient and Finalist for the 2018 Chicago Filmmaker in Residence Award. He studied Film Production and Communications at Loyola University Chicago. Then went on to earn his MFA in Film Directing from EICAR: The International Film School of Paris in France. His latest directorial effort is a narrative based music video, Local H: Innocents, featuring Michael Shannon, which has won 4 Best Music Video Awards. His last two shorts, I Am Not Broken (Chicago International Film Festival, Beverly Hills) and Cycles are making the rounds in the festival circuit. Felix brings a wealth of experience to the team and delivers compelling, powerful concepts.
Social Media Advertising Expert and Lead Generation Strategist
Herman Asph was born and raised in Sweden with a degree in Cinematography from Stockholm Film School. He has shot work for the likes of McDonald’s, Advil, Instapot, ComEd and Vital Proteins. Recent narrative projects of his include Local H: Innocents (feat. Michael Shannon), Backlash (feat. Joel Murray) and I Am Not Broken, which premiered at the 2018 Chicago International Film Festival. Herman’s talented eye knows how to capture and communicate anything we envision for our clients.
Jordan has an innovative way of looking at written communication that has allowed him to create copy that grabs attention, leads the reader through a journey and secures a sell. In his free time, he loves to travel with his camera and capture the nuances of his adventures. He also enjoys the world of men’s fashion and dressing well for any occasion.

Elisabeth’s main goal is to understand how people interact in social contexts through data driven analysis and propagate a story of interest to the target audience.
When out of the office she enjoys a good surf session and mountaineering the California landscape.
Photographer, Social Media Content Creator
Eric is an avid photographer who creates content that not only catches the eye but motivates the user to take action. He delivers this by developing a deep understanding of the clients needs furthermore extracting the right information and translating that into an image.
When he’s not photographing clients you can find him photographing fashion and lifestyle projects. He also enjoys music and attending music events.
Social Media Video Creator, Video Editor
Ezequiel’s main objective is to tell a story that moves people to take action in the form of a video. He understands that asking the right questions that no one else asks – will result in getting unique data from the client. He will use that data to develop a concept and execute a cinematic video that accomplishes the clients goal.
When not working with clients Ezequiel loves to travel and create video stories around those travels. He also enjoys a good movie and TV series.
Social Media Advertising
Nathan was trained in engineering, he loves numbers and data and can work through the most difficult technical obstacles. These skills have translated very well in the digital marketing space as he loves to dissect and understand what makes a digital ad work and not work.
When out of the office you can find him working through puzzles, playing the drums or taking his dirt bike for a ride.
